Amigo Software is a UK based company that is collaborating with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise for more than a decade. It specialises in call recording, software-based IVR and other CTI solutions for on-premises, hybrid and cloud deployments.
Over the last 15 years, since its inception, Amigo products have been sold in more than 80 Countries around the globe. Becoming a Premium Partner means that ALE and Amigo will be co-creating and co-marketing the solutions for UCaaS and CPaaS markets.
We have established a partnership with Amigo few years ago to support our cloud transformation. The objective is to expand our software development capabilities through a 3rd party partner and to address our customer requirement. Over this period of time we have been working together with success on critical projects with our virtual team organised between ALE and Amigo into a very AGILE approach. Amigo is very reactive to fulfill our customer expectations. They have a strong business acumen and organise their priorities based on our directions. They have a large diversity of skillset to allow us to address our projects. Our common objective is to structure a long-term alliance in which ALE and Amigo will co-invest to develop on top of our Rainbow CPaaS Platform to build strong value for our customers
Amigo’s relationship with ALE spans over two decades. Together, we have products sold in more than 80 countries in OEMs and other models. Therefore, partnering with ALE on Rainbow is natural progression for us. Leveraging the CPaaS APIs of Rainbow, Amigo and ALE is working together to deliver solutions that bridge everyday business applications with variety of Telephone Systems. Understanding the challenges, the businesses and users face, we are taking collaboration systems inside CRMs and ERP systems. This enables customers to benefit of UCaaS without having to change the way they work. We are excited about this long-term alliance and our selection as Premium Partner. From Q1 2020, ALE and Amigo co-created and co-marketed solutions are going be available inside Rainbow Administration under Subscriptions menu or via ALE Quotation Desk
