Silent Intrusion
on IP Quickrecord on ECS server
Silent intrude is a much demanded feature of a Call Centre.
It is the ability for a supervisor to listen into a call without either the agent
or the customer knowing. It’s an ideal training tool where the audio is listened
to via the PC with a soundcard and a headset.
There is a maximum of two concurrent users of this feature.
Pre-requisites – OmniPCX Office R7.1 using G711 compression , ECS R4.1 , Quickrecord
V2.
RRP price is £800 or 800€ per Supervisor.

Scrolling
message on Quickview Wallboard for OmniPCX Office running on ECS server
It is now possible for the Supervisor to type a “freetext” message
that will scroll across the top of the wallboard to give information to the agents
in real time , for example “Today’s special offer is 20% off normal prices”
Pre requisites OmniPCX Office R7.1 , ECS R4.1
This feature is standard in the latest version of Quickview for ECS software available
now

New versions
of the Blue Box for Amigo Quickrecord which runs on the Alcatel-Lucent ECS server
(R4.1) and connects to the OmniPCX Office (R7.x).
1. The Blue Box can now work with analogue trunks and two versions are available
- for 8 trunks at 2700 € or £ and 16 trunks at 4000 € or £ An upgrade kit is also
available to upgrade an 8 analogue trunk box to 16 analogue trunks at 1200 € or
£
2. For Basic Rate ISDN the Blue box can be ordered for 4BRI (8 channels) at 2700
€ or £ and for 8BRI (16 channels) at 4000 € or £. An upgrade kit is available to
upgrade a 4BRI box to 8BRI at 1200 € or £.
3. For Primary Rate ISDN the Blue Box comes as 1 PRI of 30 channels at 2700 € or
£. For more than 30 channels use a second PRI box.
4. Having selected the correct Blue Box you then need to order licences for the
number of Active Channels for PRI at 120 € or £, BRI at 160€ or £ and Analogue trunks
at 160 € or £.
5. It is now possible to have two Blue boxes on the same site connected to one ECS
server for a situation where a site has a mixture of trunks that need call recording
, for example BRI and PRI on the same site.
6. T1 Blue boxes are available for the US market

Centrelink now available
Centerlink is a state of the art, VoIP messaging solution on the ECS appliance which
provides Health and Safety functions that are indispensable for public places such
as Shopping Malls, Sports Stadia, Exhibition Halls, Schools, Colleges and Universities.
The ECS comes complete with all the Alcatel-Lucent licenses and so the customer
has no extras to buy. The application has a simple interface that is run on a PC
and the administrator can set up the system in a few simple steps. The solution
provides messaging and alarms between the Central Security centre and the Remote
locations with Alcatel-Lucent IP Touch Handsets, such as shops; to indicate – Fire
Hazards, Bomb Scares and General messages. An additional module enables the collection
of sales information from the shops and presenting sales reports; enabling the shopping
centre management to see the sales performance of each shop or group of shops. Another
additional module allows messages to be sent as SMS text messages to mobile phones
and also the sending of emails.
